Our Vision
The vision of Starting Five Sports, Inc. is to develop and acquire a portfolio of Multi-use sports complexes in the Las Vegas area and throughout the United States. Our Sports Parks will promote greater health and wellness in the communities we serve and generate consistent positive returns for our investors while being professionally managed.

Starting Five Sports, Inc. and the Nevada Division of the A7FL Football League are working collaboratively to address the dire need in the greater Las Vegas, Nevada area for more Indoor and Outdoor Multi-Use Sports Complexes. In addition to building a new Indoor Turf Stadium for the Nevada division of the A7FL football league, Starting Five Sports, Inc. will be the Owner Operator of the Hilton Hotel that will be built in the Starting Five Sports Park.

ANTHONY PARNELL
CEO of Starting Five Sports, Inc.
Anthony Parnell possesses nearly a decade of senior management experience having provided direct oversight of 100 employees and annual budgets of $6 million. In his nearly twenty years as a Business Coach, he has worked directly with entrepreneurs and senior managers from a wide range of industries. This includes serving as a Consultant to the Executive Management Team of American Alliance Dialysis (AAD) in their $100 million acquisition of 13 Dialysis Centers in Puerto Rico and the development of their Operations and Strategic Implementation Plan.
JULIE WARE
Secretary
Julie Ware is an entrepreneur who has launched several startup companies. This has enabled her to utilize these experiences to hone her skills and insight in marketing and promoting products and services. Equally important, as a single parent of a teen who travels and competes in AAU sports, she possesses unique insight with regards to marketing Starting Five’s activities to youth, young adults and families in the greater Las Vegas area
DANIEL PERKINS
GM of Las Vegas Sports Park
Daniel Perkins, a Co-Founder of Starting Five Sports, possesses nearly twenty years of experience coaching youth sports teams and coordinating youth leagues and tournaments throughout the greater Las Vegas area (basketball, baseball, soccer, and volleyball). Daniel also possesses several years of supervisory experience which includes serving as a Head Custodian within the Clark County School District (CCSD) and being employed by Nevada Charter Schools Athletic Association (NCSAA).
KIRK N. WALKER, ESQ
Legal Counsel/Co-Founder
Kirk N. Walker, Esq., a Co-Founder of Starting Five Sports, is a licensed attorney who is admitted to practice in several states and district courts including the Supreme Court of Nevada. Primarily focusing in the areas of Real Estate, Construction and Litigation, Mr. Walker was named one of the top-rated lawyers in Construction law in Nevada and enjoys an AV rating, which is the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell’s from judges and attorneys (www.NevadaWalker.com).
MARK RINGEL, CPA
Accounting Firm/Co-Founder
Mark Ringel, CPA, a Co-Founder of Starting Five Sports, is a Certified Public Accountant with more than thirty years’ experience serving clients from various business sectors. While previously employed by several high-profile companies, Mr. Ringel has served as CEO of his own Accounting Firm for more than a decade. He possesses a strong knowledge and expertise in current Tax Codes, General Accounting Procedures, Corporate Tax Filings and implementing Internal Controls.

Anthony Parnell is a Co-Founder of Starting Five Sports, Inc. serving as the President and CEO. In addition to his wealth of experience as
an Executive Manager, Anthony is a sports enthusiast. His greatest sports passion is playing basketball and providing individual training
and instruction to basketball players of all levels.
C.J. Watson
Treasurer
C.J. Watson is a 10-Year NBA Veteran having played for some of the best teams in NBA history (Golden State Warriors, Chicago Bulls, Orlando Magic, Indiana Pacers, and Brookly Nets). Equally impressive is his resume as an investor and entrepreneur having co-founded MLW Healthy Vending (www.MLWhealthyvending.com) and authored a children’s book series called CJ’s Big Dream (www.Cjpens.com). C.J. is passionate about giving back to the community. In 2009, he established the Quiet Storm Foundation (www.QuietStormFoundation.org)

Roi Ford
V.P. Acquisitions
Roi Ford possesses 20+ years experience in the Commercial Real Estate space working with Buyers and Landowners from a wide range of industries. Additionally, for more than a decade as CEO of Partners Allied Capital Group, Mr. Ford has provided consulting services to business owners and real estate investors. He now is charged with locating and acquiring land sites for Starting Five Sports, Inc. to build Sports Parks on a national level.
Xavone Charles
V.P. Construction and Land Development
Xavone Charles possesses a rich 12-year background in the architecture and construction sector. In addition to being a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Nevada, he holds a BA. in Interior Architecture from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. As the owner of Desert Elite Management, his extensive resume encompasses utilizing construction and land development expertise on more than 2 million square feet and $500 million in budgeted public and private projects. This includes Lifetime Fitness; EOS Fitness Gyms; MGM Convention Center Expansion; and Caesars Tower Remodel.
Amaan Hameed
Permit and Land Development Consultant
Amaan Hameed, as Owner of TCS Consulting, brings over 13 years of experience working in all levels of government bodies. For more than a decade, he has assisted dozens of companies with a wide range of Permit, Planning, and Land Development Services. This includes comprehensive site design, handling development applications, engaging community stakeholders, and securing capital investment for land development projects (www.tcsyeg.com).
